The Heidelberg Wind ensemble unites exciting programming with the unique sound of the wind band, which you can experience in the sonorous setting of the Robin Boyd and Frederick Romberg designed church, St George East Ivanhoe, Warncliffe Road, East Ivanhoe.

We welcome back a friend of the band, Lisa Maree Amos, who will perform Henk Badings: “Concerto for Flute and Wind Orchestra”.
The program features: Shostakovich’s Symphonic Poem – October, Australian composer Taran Carter’s - “Moondani: Black”, Ed Green’s “Music for Shakespeare”, Vittorio Giannini’s “Symphony No. 3” in Bb and concluding with Gustav Holst’s “A Moorside Suite”, (1928).
