AUSTRAL SALON LUNCHTIME CONCERT IN CBD

Violinist Rachel Williams and pianist Melinda Seaw have become a much loved duo by audiences far and wide. Their partnership began after returning to Australia, having both completed Master’s degrees abroad. Their music repertoire spans sensitively across composers, styles and periods, demonstrating their versatility and love for the art of chamber music.

Melinda and Rachel have curated a French program for their recital:
Claude Debussy: Jeux d'eau (piano solo) 
Jean-Marie Leclair: Violin Sonata No.3 in D major 
Gabriel Fauré: Romance for Violin and Piano Op. 28 Bb major 
César Franck: Sonata in A major for Violin and Piano 

Doors open 11.45 am for refreshments. Recital 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
