Australian mezzo-soprano Yvonne Minton performed Richard Wagner roles in Germany, England, the US and France under the baton of great conductors like Georg Solti, Daniel Barenboim, István Kertész, Leonard Bernstein and others. She was lauded for her vocal and acting performances in the Chéreau Centenary Ring. She also recorded the Wesendonck Lieder under Pierre Boulez. Margot Costanzo returns to examining the international career of Australian mezzo-soprano Yvonne Minton as she presents some of Minton’s favourite recorded performances.
