The Talent 2025 Season 2 - Applications now open

The Talent is a weekly program that assists young and emerging artists by providing live-to-air performance experience and feedback from respected industry mentors.

Three musicians are chosen each season to compete in a grand final with prizes including recording and performance opportunities and an Audience Choice Award.

The Talent is open to soloists (instrumental and vocal) and chamber ensembles aged between 12 and 25 years.  Indigenous artists and those from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Applications are now open for The Talent's second season of 2025 which will broadcast on 3MBS from August to November.

Applications close 11:45pm Friday 27 June 2025.
