Geoffrey Saba
Acclaimed pianist Geoffrey Saba studied at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. In 1967, aged 21, he left to study in London, which became his home.
In 1974 he was awarded a bronze medal at the First Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, and began his concert career throughout Europe, the Middle East, India, Japan, North America and South East Asia, with regular visits back to Australia.
His musicological research and knowledge is extensive, with work published at the International Franz Schubert Institute in Vienna.
