Acclaimed English pianist Kathryn Stott has completed her second highly successful year as Artistic Director of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music at Townsville in early August 2019.

Kathryn has a performing career as solo pianist and collaborator throughout Europe, Asia, America and Australia, and has directed several successful music festivals and concert series in the north of England.

3MBS’s Doug Beecroft caught up with Kathryn on the last day of the 2019 Australian Festival of Chamber Music when she reflected on the experience for performers and audiences.
