Melbourne’s arts community given the green light to rehearse

Creative Industries Minister Danny Pearson confirmed the return of rehearsals on Saturday 9 October along with $15 million to support the creative industry through grants to workers and organisations as they cope with the state’s prolonged shutdown.
The MSO expects its fully vaccinated orchestra to resume playing together on Wednesday 13 October with hopes of being able to perform as soon as they are allowed to open and soon resume tours to regional Victoria.
