Progetto Corelli

In his early 20s, before making his way to London, George Frideric Handel was based in Italy for three years. In this program, Progetto Corelli presents music composed by Handel in Italy between 1706 and 1710, as well as pieces by two master violinist-composers he encountered in Rome: Arcangelo Corelli and Antonio Caldara. Bookings NOT required. Entry by voluntary donation
