Details

Ian Munro is not only a distinguished Australian pianist, but a man of many other musical parts – composer, teacher, accompanist, conductor and competition juror, to name just a few. Widely travelled, he’s performed in concert halls around the world, but has remained a significant contributor to Australia’s musical life for over four decades, including a memorable cycle of all thirty two Beethoven piano sonatas performed during last year’s lockdown.

Hear more about Ian’s life and musical insights when he talks to Ted Davies on Reflections at 4pm Sunday 4 July, repeated 3pm Friday 9 July.
