Reflections: Dr Phillip Rosengarten
Dr Phillip Rosengarten, retired, has held positions as a consultant paediatrician, Associate Professor of Paediatrics, Head of the Paediatric Unit at Dandenong Hospital and much more. Having graduated from Monash University, he became a regular participant on numerous committees with hospitals and in the broader community. Growing up in the era of the Vietnam war, he escaped the ballot as a young medical student and recalls those dark days.
